Latino Community Foundation: Growing Engagement Through Strategic Design Systems
Partnership Overview
As the lead designer for Neta Collab's partnership with the Latino Community Foundation (LCF), I've had the opportunity to support an organization dedicated to building philanthropic movements and increasing Latino political participation. LCF needed a comprehensive, ongoing design partner who could support multiple simultaneous initiatives while maintaining brand consistency across policy advocacy, community organizing, and institutional communications. The challenge was creating an efficient design system that could handle everything from rapid-response policy graphics to complex annual reports.
My Role: Lead Designer and Brand Manager at Neta Collab. My work was creative strategy, campaign branding, rapid-response graphics, and organizational template development.
Key Challenges:
Rapid-Response Capacity: Creating content that could support urgent policy responses and breaking news within 24-48 hour turnarounds
Multi-Initiative Coordination: Managing design consistency across policy campaigns, community programs, and organizational communications simultaneously
Branded Template Systems: Developing Canva-based templates that allowed LCF staff to create professional materials independently outside of our collborations needs
Strategic Resource Allocation: Maximizing impact within monthly hour constraints while building rollover capacity for major campaign launches
